Digital products (sold through Payhip)
Delivery: instant. Your download link appears on the confirmation page and is sent by email. There’s no shipping cost. Can’t find it? Check your spam folder, then email us and we’ll resend it.
Refunds: all digital sales are final once the download is available. We’ll send a working file or give you a full refund if your file is faulty or won’t open, you didn’t receive it, it’s significantly different from its description, or you were charged twice. Email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number.
EU and UK customers: by completing your purchase, you agree that delivery starts immediately and you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download begins. This doesn’t affect your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 working days.
Printed merchandise (sold through our Printify store)
Mugs, tea towels, prints and other physical products are sold through our Printify Pop-Up Store. These orders are made to order, shipped and supported by Printify, under Printify’s own shipping, returns and refund policies, which are shown at checkout.
Production times, delivery estimates, shipping costs and tracking are in your order confirmation from Printify. For help with a merchandise order, contact Printify’s support team using the details in that email. If you have trouble reaching them, email us and we’ll help.
Products bought through affiliate links
Items bought from other retailers, such as Amazon, through links on our site are sold and shipped by that retailer, and its own shipping and return policies apply.
Before opening a dispute
If something’s wrong with an order, please email us before contacting your bank or card provider. We can usually sort it out faster directly.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
